How does it work?

-The first step is to book your free 20-minute Discovery call.

-Once we go through the Discovery call to understand your project requirement, I will send you a fee proposal/price via email, if you have not chosen one of my standard services.

-If you decide to go ahead with hiring me as your Interior Designer, I would then email a welcome pack and paperwork to be completed and returned before we begin.

 

-If you are local or within a 10 mile radius from Reading, we will book a date for Home visit or Zoom call whichever is applicable to discuss your project in depth.

 

-Following confirmation of the design brief, I will prepare a Design concept keeping in mind your style, preference, likes and dislikes. This will give you an idea of how the space will look once all of the pieces come together.

 

-Once you have decided on the look that you would like to go for, I will then give you

a list of items with options to choose from, that will work well in your space.

 

-After the decision has been made regarding the furniture items, home accessories and furnishings, I will curate a shopping list with descriptions and links for you to click and place orders.

I will also give details on the placement of furniture and other items for the room to look well put together.

 

-Once your items are delivered, you can work at your own pace or book my styling service to complete the project and see your house transform in to an oasis that you’ve always desired.

Do you visit our home or is everything online?

If you reside within a 10 mile radius from Reading, we can schedule a home visit otherwise we communicate via Zoom.

How long does it take to receive my designs?

It completely depends on the scope of work, however it usually takes around 2-4 weeks for you to receive your designs.

Can my existing furniture be incorporated into the designs or will I have to buy everything new?

Of course! I try my best to plan your designs around your existing furniture and other sentimental items that you would like to keep.

What happens after the designs have been delivered?

Once you receive your designs, I urge you to place the orders as soon as possible or within 3-4 days as stock availability can change at any time.

You will also have further support via email with me for 2 weeks to answer any questions that you may have with regards to furniture placement or styling.

What if I only need Styling or Designer for a day service?

That’s not a problem at all! No project is too small. I create bespoke design packages based on your requirements on a project.

Are tradespeople fees included in your services?

My design service fee is separate from any tradesman’s that you will be need for the project.
